YOU CAN ONLY EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM, THAT HAS NOT BEEN OPEN OR WORN, AND IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGE within 17 days after receiving your package. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK.

* Use rubbing alcohol or warm water, or a small amount of mild liquid dish soap, to remove any accumulated dirt, pollutants, skin oils, etc from the metals.

*Use your fingers, or soft toothbrush, to de-grime, all surfaces of your brass, item with soapy water.

*When you finish washing your piece, rinse off all soap residue. You'll know the brass is completely clean, of all gunk, when the water runs, smoothly over it, without beading up.

*Dry metal well

*Remove you're jewelry, when performing tasks that may cause physical damage like cleaning, swimming, working out, showering and etc. 

*Avoid exposure to chemicals such as, Chlorine, bleach ammonia and etc.

*Put all jewelry on after, you have applied all cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, and hairspray. These products can obtain chemicals, that can cause damage, to you're jewelry.

* If handled properly, gold filled jewelry should only require buffering.

*Remove all jewelry, when bathing.
